Before work begins
The suitability of supported contact and the arrangements are considered for each instruction. It should not be assumed to provide the same level of observation or reporting as supervised contact.
Availability and timescales depend on the instruction. Please contact NYT to discuss the proposed work, location and any deadline, without sending identifying case details through the general enquiry form.
An appropriate professional
NYT considers qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated competencies and Social Work England registration when identifying a suitable professional. The match also takes account of risks, complexity, location and availability.
